SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently offer two options for shipping parcels:

1 - USPS First Class Mail. This option is weight-based and may very depending on the delivery zone. Usually, these packages will arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

2 - UPSP Priority Mail. Packages will typically arrive in 1 to 3 business days.

Same-day or Next-day delivery is also available for residents of New Lenox, IL in zip code 60451. We are looking to expand our delivery perimeter once we are more established!

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must have the original tags attached and be unworn. Please contact us CustomerService@jamesandsis.com to request a return shipping label.
